When using CrystalOracle, we collect: birth data (date, time and location) voluntarily provided to generate readings; email address for report delivery; payment information securely processed by Stripe (we do not store card data); browsing data automatically collected by Meta Pixel for advertising optimization.

We use your information exclusively to: generate your personalized astrological report; deliver your report by email; securely process your payment; improve our services and personalize your experience. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Data storage
Your reports are stored for 30 days on secure servers and then automatically deleted. Your birth data is used only to generate the report and is not permanently stored. Payment data is processed by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for site functionality and Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. Meta Pixel collects anonymous browsing data per Facebook/Meta's privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
