2. Nature of service
CrystalOracle offers personalized astrological readings based on Western astrological traditions. Our services are provided exclusively for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or applicability of the interpretations generated.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use CrystalOracle only for personal and legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to: use the service for illegal purposes; attempt to access unauthorized systems or data; reproduce or distribute report content without permission; use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
4. Payment and refund
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee after purchase, no questions asked, if you are not satisfied with your report. To request a refund, contact us at readings@crystaloracle.app.
5. Service delivery
After payment confirmation, your report will be generated and sent by email within 5 minutes. The report access link is valid for 30 days. We recommend downloading the PDF during this period to ensure permanent access to your report.
6. Intellectual property
All CrystalOracle content, including texts, designs and astrological interpretations, is protected by copyright. Generated reports are for the buyer's personal use. Reproduction, distribution or sale of content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
CrystalOracle is not responsible for decisions made based on astrological readings. We do not guarantee that results will meet your specific expectations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
